Why can't my alt battle trainers?

Taking the advice on this site, I parked an old Druid alt in moonhold for easier pet leveling at the trainer daily. But he can't fight her! I just don't get the dialog or blue quest signal. I have checked multiple days. Pet skill is trained, so I don't know what could be preventing it. Anyone know what might be wrong?

The tamers for EK/Kalimdor are locked to faction, with the exception of the final 2 (Trixxy & Lydia Accoste). My BE mage can't battle Everessa & my Worgen druid can't battle Elena Flutterfly.

That must be it! It's an alliance Druid. I guess I thought once you beat them all once, they would all open up daily. Looks like it's time to create a troll alt!
