Wild Pets by Zone (Eastern Kingdoms)
Tiny Twister is apparently another wild pet located in arathi highlands, i would assume it spawns around the elementals there and possibly only when it's raining (just a guess due to its name). I will see if EG can get some footage of it for us next time he's streaming.

Re: Wild pets by zone (Eastern Kingdoms)
9:30 pm - Tiny Twisters in Arathi Highlands (at the air elemental spawn area)! Don't think it's raining, and not sure if they're time dependent or not. I'll check back during the day to see if they're still here.
So far they're the only baby elementals in Arathi Highlands. Both the fire and earth areas are void of elemental critters.
Edit: Also found Irradiated Roaches in the green pools of water near Gnomeregan, Dun Morogh.
It'll be interesting to see if any new critters pop up during say a sandstorm in Tanaris or during a snowstorm in Winterspring (once the Kalimdor critters are implemented).

http://db.mmo-champion.com/c/43136/tiny-crushcog/ makes me think that crushcog (who you face at the end of the gnome quests) will be a wild pet in that area.

I hope it's outlands. I think I'll die if I don't see a few demons as wild pets lolDoobjanka wrote:I'm hoping Kalimdor pets are next. I want to start hunting those down now!

Around the 7:20 mark, the guy clicks on a pet in the Z names for half a second, showing one to be an imp. So maybe there's at least one.

Does it look like the Dark Whelpling, Onyxian Whelpling, or is it different?Ayani wrote:There is a spawn of Onyxia in Dustwallow Marsh. Near Ony's instance.

Ooo, if the Belf starting area pets are new, maybe Outland will be coming soon?

I seen somewhere are possible hint at their only being wild pets in azeroth so I'm not sure if outlands will have any, hopefully I'm wrong though.GormanGhaste wrote:Ooo, if the Belf starting area pets are new, maybe Outland will be coming soon?
Re: Wild Pets by Zone (Eastern Kingdoms)
Is there any way to catch them yet? I'm guessing that they haven't put it in the beta yet. It will be a good spot to get info when you can interact with them.
Hope they will add a critter murloc but I wont get my hopes up on that one I think they are saving all of them for blizzcon.

I've noticed that my companion/mount section on the WoW site isn't working and it's the only part that's down..
Re: Wild Pets by Zone (Eastern Kingdoms)
oh we might actually. because if you look at the list from the journal itself there are these in the list so far:Jimmer wrote:Is there any way to catch them yet? I'm guessing that they haven't put it in the beta yet. It will be a good spot to get info when you can interact with them.

Pink Baby Murloc
notice that the star ones are the ones you get from blizzcon. they have names. the other three do not. so we may finally be in luck =P.

It's originally from this thread: "Complete list from the Pet Journal. * denotes a pet that "probably" won't go live. There are 199 pets on this list currently."Sn4tch wrote:what does the * stand for?
