Re: The most powerful PVP team : 244 Valk/341 Snake/325 Qira
I've been seeing a lot of the Val'kyr and the Death Adder so I've kept my team to some good counters.
Open with Darkmoon Tonk against what is more likely than not the Unborn Val'kyr. Lay mines for your first move, if they are crazy they haunt for the first move and doom their next pet and if they aren't the tonk takes the Curse of Doom.
Swap to Spirit Crab (2-1-1 for countering the death adder) to either tank the Val'kyr (shield then power boost then surge) in a one-on-one match or just throw on a shield to reduce the dmg of Haunt considerably. After soaking Haunt with the crab, swap him out to take on the Death Adder Hatchling later (or now if the enemy loves eating land mines with beast pets). If facing the Guardling, also use the crab to Surge and then soak the stun
Swap to Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling. lay decoy and go on a bombing run if you have time before your landmines are back up. After decoy, swap to Tonk and lay new mines. If you time things right, the Val'kyr will have to either swap into the mines or sit on the backline doing nothing
When you finally face down the death adder, have the crab surge until blinding poison then power boost during the 1 round you are blind. Undead racial and boatlads of hp will make sure it goes down. If it comes out into mines it won't last 2 rounds

What do you think of Peddlefeet as a 3rd pet?
Re: The most powerful PVP team : 244 Valk/341 Snake/325 Qira
Peddlefeet also has a stun skill and with 325 speed, on paper it can provide the same utility function of the guardling, however, it just lacks the punch of normal attack power - his normal attack is around 305 dmg vs the crush of the guardling of 390 or its pretty weak aoe rapid fire (even after the buff).Tripballs wrote:What do you think of Peddlefeet as a 3rd pet?
But the main key that makes the guardling better is the sandstorm, it can counter aqua pet and also serve as a weather changer.
When you will be facing a sunlight light weather plus a crawdad, guardling is the only pet can give you the win.

And Sandstorm protects your snake from turrets.3wd wrote:When you will be facing a sunlight light weather plus a crawdad, guardling is the only pet can give you the win.
