Hrm, interesting. Over time Id expect Kovok to fade from the beast top 10, with Pheromones being amputated from its former glory.

The newest pet Dread Hatchling have sure made a strong splash, and if breeding never makes it in, it may likely crawl to be the top flying pet.

A bit suprised over the popularity of Treasure Goblin, though I figure its the relative newness and novelty of the pet that keeps it in the spotlight. Unless it sees significant buffs it may be yet another quickly forgotten pet.

And I just noticed, Death Adder Hatchling is not on the beast top 10. That suprises me.

Still a good reference for which pets to focus on leveling as a new pet battler. if you are looking for ways to beat certain things like Celestials and Little Timmy of the island, Chrominius is your go-to pet. Major props for expanding the list like you did, really is awesome of you to put in the time to display these, I have been looking for a larger version of the list for some time.

I love how the Worst Mechanical has a higher rating that the best Magic pet, but once again keep in mind this is, like Poofah said, just a personal rating system, based on a variety of different factors such as:
How often someone got beat by something,
How much someone likes a certain pet,
How many people actually voted...
Etc Etc...

EDIT: Note that 3 of the most seen pets of PVP, at least of my meta, are not even here. (Death Adder Hatchling, Snowshoe Rabbit/Spring Rabbit and Qiraji Guardling)

Why is spirit crab not in the undead top 10? I would say it is second to the valk. Infected squirrel should also be in the top 10.

I wouldnt be surprised to see the Fledgling buzzard (h/h) crack the flying top ten one day...very versatile huge hp that is good vs undead and has avoidance with liftoff (though i know liftoff is not the best avoidance move)

There is almost none of my favorite pets in that list which I find quite funny. :p

Btw you don't need Howl for beating Lil' Timmy's Oondasta, I do it every time with no chance of failing with Darkmoon Zeppelin, Darkmoon Tonk, and Menagerie Custodian. Start with zeppelin, decoy, then spam missile until the zeppelin dies the first time, then after it resses use explode, then bring in the tonk, do shock and awe, then if oondasta is stunned do missile, if not do ion cannon, and if it was stunned do ion cannon after the missile, then Oondasta switches your tonk to your custodian, if Oondastas health is low enough that it dies to ion cannon use that, otherwise do shock and awe first. Foolproof strategy for beating it.

And as a btw to Klaital's btw: Oondasta can be done in two button presses. A Zandalari Black Claw then Lil' Bling's Inflation. Just make sure the third pet is dead or low health so Bling gets swapped in.

If you look at aquatics, Emperor Crab is second. It also includes four crocolisks in the top 10.
This simply does not make sense. The relative strength between crabs does not differ much. Spirebound Crab, for example, should be a shared second or third place when Emperor Crab is second.
This list is largely hivemind, i guess.

It however could be useful for new players.
