Thats working exactly as intended, Brittle Webbing does damage every time the victim does damage, including DoTs. It wasn't the nut barrage doing damage to your Nuts but the brittle webbing each time the nut barrage did damage.

Thanks for clarifying. I misread the tooltip. It caught me off guard when I nuked myself LOL.

Still a sad day for Nuts... he deserved better.
