what are soome good pets to battle against the carrot and the hippo battle

I did the Carrot battle today. I think my team was [url=http://www.warcraftpets.com/wow-pets/beast/felines/xu-fu-cub-of-xuen/]Xu-Fu[/url], [url=http://www.warcraftpets.com/wow-pets/aquatic/crustaceans/magical-crawdad/]Magical Crawdad[/url] and [url=http://www.warcraftpets.com/wow-pets/dragonkin/dragon-whelps/emerald-proto-whelp/]Emerald Proto-Whelp[/url]. Worked VERY well. I hear you can two-pet it with the first two, but I needed all three.

Hope that helps on that one. I haven't done the Hippo one yet.

i did the carrot today with 2 water striders and a rabbit.

For the carrot, hard-hitting aquatics with some longevity, like frogs or striders, are the ticket. I also liked my Spawn of G'nathus with Swallow You Whole, but that takes a bit of doing & you can tame a high-lvl frog or strider without a ton of lead-up. The new Mud Jumper is pretty excellent too, with that bubble. Pets that can combine bleeds with Blood In The Water are an excellent choice too.

For Gorefu, Flying pets are the way to go. Because Gore-fu has a lot of healing, you'll need to have a pet or two with a heal or avoidance move. I really prefer the Gilnean Raven/Crow combo, because it cuts down on that Feed damage. Moths work well, as do pets with Predatory Strike. As such, the new moth from Talador is an excellent pick. The new Junglebeaks, which pack a heal & good Flying damage, might be too.

Just remember that we've just barely crossed into Week 2 of this expansion. You have months (years!) to conquer this. Don't get too frustrated if you have to come back to it later. Take it easy. You can do it!

I found 3 of any rabbits with burrow and dodge did the trick easily against the carrot.

I beat Gorefu using zandalari raptors. Black claw, followed by Hunting Party until he was dead

Got some vidoes comming out on it ill post, but for now, striders with pump and rain will destroy the carrots.

Would've never guessed this but tried strategy from Wowhead forum, Perky Pug soloed the carrot.

I did all 3 with the same 2 pets:
- Pandaren Water Spirit: Geysir-->Whirlpool
- Switch to Chromie
- Howl--->Mana Surge
