Daily bag quest tamers carry exp nerfed?

I park alts at each bag tamer and cycle through them.

It seems that the exp's been nerfed or I could be crazy.

The outland guy got me a level 1 to 8 instead of the usual 1 to 9.

I did do the quest this morning so I may have been zombielike and mis-seen numbers.

Did you maybe accidentally click off your Safari Hat? I haven't noticed any change in pet xp gain from the old tamers, but then again I don't currently have any level 1 pets to get a more accurate reading on xp gain.

Outland tamers should be giving only enough EXP to get to level 8 on a fresh level 1 (assuming only safari hat). Now if your level 1's aren't at 0EXP, there might be a point where you could hit level 9, but I'd have to math it out to see for sure. Cata/Wrath tamers do give enough to hit level 9 (assuming only safari hat).
