Legendary Pet Brawler

Hey, i have been grinding most of the pet-battle achievements lately, being a completionist i want them all done

I only have two achievements left now, and thats the new raiding with leashes, which will come whenever i have them all. And its the Legendary Pet Brawler.. i honestly thought the 1k achievement was going to be the end of it, but apparantly not..

My question is, does pet-duelling with someone count towards this achievement? Since the achievement says nothing about "Find Battle" or level or anything, like it did on Deadly Pet Brawler.

Duels don't count!

But you can use lower level pets! I, for example, like to make teams around level 22+ pets (as a way to level them).
