I dislike battling this duo, but I am collecting stones. I tend to avoid this fight.

What combo do you use? (oh howl bomb how I miss thee)

I have 2 Syd the Squids for this, and I see I have a Viscidus Globule in that Rematch team as well, but I don't think it ever needs to leave the bench. As long as I'm Bubbled for Fist of the Forest, it's faceroll.

Turn 1 Geyser
Turn 2 Whirlpool
Turn 3 Swap to Chrominius
Turn 4 Howl
Turn 5 Bite - and the first of the Florets will wither away
The remaining Floret comes in
Turn 1+ Surge of Power - Chrominius will die shortly after
Bring back in your Pandaren Water Spirit
Turn 1 Geyser
Turn 2 Whirlpool
Turn 3+ Water Jet until the spirit dies as well
Bring in your Anubisath Idol to mop things up
Turn 1+ Just use Crush until it's done!

and I remember testing that one day, and it worked for me. So even though you don't use the traditional Howlbomb, you can think of it as an extended version.

Ohhh! Going to give this a shot! (I like quick and easy, 12 alts is time consuming!)

I've had excellent results with team with a frog (one with Cleansing Rain), Pandaren Water Spirit, and a strider (with Pump).

Frog uses Frog Kiss, Cleansing Rain, then Water Jet till the poor froggie dies.

Pandaren does Whirlpool, Dive, and Water Jet till annoying Queen sucumbs. Should be able to get off a final Whirlpool when King comes in, may even get another Water Jet while waiting for Whirlpool CD.

Strider uses Pump, Pump, then Water Jets his way to victory.

The Floret couple is indeed nasty, but whole lot better since Blizz seems to have eliminated the occasional random swap on the second turn, which meant different strategy. Now Queen swaps to King only if she gets stunned, which Frog Kiss will sometimes do. When this happens just continue with same Cleansing Rain / Water Jet, gets the same results.

This fight is pretty easy now that it's been nerfed. I use Legs, Jademist Dancer, and Tiny White Carp, though they're almost never all needed. Lay a whirlpool and spam pump, then Surge of Power on the turn Legs will die. Finish off the other with your other two pets. No problem!

Slowhands' post worked for me the last few times I defeated menagerie pets, which was at the start of 6.2. I'm not entirely sure if it still holds up but it could be worth a try if you're looking for a super quick strategy.

You can beat almost anything with Sen'jin Fetish 's Rot ability and then Infected Squirrel's Stampede

My favorite though is the fact that the Sumprush Rodent just murders these two, it's the only fight he's good at!

Guess I'm unusual. I use Zandalari Anklerender (p/p 2,1,2) and Ikky (2,1,1) to 2-pet these guys:

Zandalari Starts:
1) Black Claw
2-3) Hunting Party
4) Leap
5) Black Claw
Zandalari should die, switch to Ikky.
6-8) Flock

Collect lewtz.

On the odd (and I mean RARE) chance you get critted and your Zandalari dies between turn 4 and 5, just have Ikky cast black claw rather than the Zandalari.

If you don't have either pet, they are always super-cheap in the AH at level 1 ( a bit more if they are pre-levelled to 24/25).Hope this makes the battle more trivial for you!

I sleep through this battle for the most part just spamming frogs kiss until they are all dead. Only way this ever loses is if I don't get 1 kiss proc during the whole fight and even then it only fails some of the time.

^^^^^ That's what I use for the Carrots <3 It's kinda funny to just throw a frog at them and win

This is essentially what I do, but I start with Ikky

Ikky: Black Claw, Flock, Black Claw
Zandalari: Hunting Party, Leap, Leap
