Just hit 350/1000 last night in a really fun run of 12-15 battles. I never saw meta, never used meta, and was fortunate enough never run into a true hard counter so only lost 2 games.

Who else is working on this one?

I got 1000th win in Jan and I went on a serious pvp pet battle binge in Dec and Jan. I usually record all of my games for my channel but I had to finally get this trainer title. Now I just have to win 5000 pvp pet battles for my last pet battle achieve ....

...the next achieve is FIVE THOUSAND WINS?

I didn't even do the PvP quest this pet battle week, was too busy. Hoping life settles down for May, so I can do it then.

I NEED to start doing the daily in the Vale, because I want the 250 wins pet.

I'm working on it too, well the 5k one. Hit 900 today. Gets alot harder after the weekly event. Dropped from a 97% win ratio to about 67%...

Looking at the Achievement widget, I see im actually working two chieves simultaneously Grand Master Pet Brawler and Deadly Pet Brawler. By happy coincidence ive only ever qued with all 25 teams so im moving in lockstep with both these at 362/1000.

Hearing that there is a 5K achieve after this is pretty heavy.

We might want to keep this thread open a while so battlers can post progress updates, keep each other enthused, and have a haven for anyone developing cross-eyes, night terrors, or gout from all this.

Im feeling the onset of all three as I post this.

So why didnt the achievement link feature work in my above post? I double checked for correct spelling of the chieves.

Is something broken? Is it because I used chrome instead of another browser?

You need to add in the achievement ID# from [url=http://www.wowhead.com/]Wowhead[/url] to use the 'achievement=' tag.

[achievement=ID#]Name[/achievement] -- this goes for the Item, NPC, Object, Quest, and Spell functions as well.

In this case, the Grand Master Pet Brawler ID# is 6598. Grand Master Pet Brawler

I got the pet and then petered out. I get 5 wins each pet battle week, so it's gonna be a long time for this achieve for me.

Let's see... Pet Brawler 9/10.

While checking how "many" wins I already got, I noticed, that I'm also missing Big City Pet Brawlin' - Alliance and so on. I'm guessing they come from pvp battling too? Or do I actually have to physically move there and fight a lv1 wild pet?

I recently went for Double Agent achieve and my hordie started running into trainers with quests in all the lowbie zones. Wierd thing is, I would accpet a quest on hordie, swap to an alli toon, and the alli toon would get a pop up window prompting to accept that same quest.

It would seem both factions can accept either sides quests but this might be unintended and Im unsure if you can actually fight the opposite faction trainers.

I hit the 5k achieve toward the end of last year. Honestly, I'm a little sad about it, because my drive to pet battle sort of petered out at that point. Now that I don't have to kill time waiting for pet queues to pop, I've kinda lost interest in the game in general. Hoping the new content is enough to peak my interest again

having got all but one pet i can get (without stupid amounts of irl money) ive just moved to mount hunting till Legion.

I'm on the dual achievements for 1000 wins. So far I'm at 870/1000. I generally just do 10 wins for the What We've Been Training For quest each week and the extra 5 for The Very Best come pet battle event time. I had no idea there was a 5k achievement. I expect I'll never get that one unless there is some kind of spectacular reward.

Thats great progress, the last 130 really should feel like theyre going fast now that youve completed so many.

Im waiting to hit the 1K to reveal the 5K in my journal to see if there is anything concrete, but so few achievements reward anything beyond points that im not optimistic.

wow that just seems like really bad planning, no reward for 5k, you would think they would put a pet reward just to make us go keep fighting to get it lol. maybe they will add something to it in the next one, well hes hoping anyway

There may be a 5K kill achieve reward, no one has confirmed that yet, I dont think.

Those two achieves listed above are both 1K kill achieves but they can be done simultaneously by always battling with a full team of lvl 25 pets.
