Advice Point 1: You don't need a team. You need at least five teams. If you keep playing the same team, people will come up with counters to it.

Advice Point 3. After all that, pick at least 5 teams that you feel comfortable with. I suggest including:

a) A Clonedance Team
b) A Darkness Team
c) A Fiendish Imp or Stardust + Minefield Team, where you force a swap into a minefield
d) A Haunt & Stall team, where you Haunt and avoid while the Haunt ticks down
e) An AoE team, where you will do a lot of backline damage.

Keep an eye out for those types of teams as you watch.

Then when you have your five teams, go into the queue and get crushed anyway, for a while, until you start to recognise how other people are using their pets and you become familiar with the patterns.

I would say, start and try to enjoy it by trying different stuff..... it will easier and funnier to down this one
