How to use someone's EU Garrison for Squirt?

So triple exp + Squirt is coming up in 2 days on EU, but I realized I won't have a Garrison on a brand new Eu character. How long does that take to get, or is it possible to use someone's EU Garrison, and is there a place here where people exchange info so they can use each other's EU Garrisons?

all you need is for someone to invite you to a party and be a party leader and then you right click on the portait and click on visit leaders garrisson...the person need to be in draenor i think though

I'm pretty sure, party leader needs to be in the Garrison, even..

Im EU hehe. My Garrison is up in group finder while im on if anyone wants to join

Yeah I want to make a lvl 20 void elf and join a garrison on EU and level my pets that are account wide. Or is that not possible?

Pets/Mounts are account wide, but EU/US doesn't share accounts..
Also, for a level 20 to go to Garrison, a Warlock would be required..
