In the pet journal, what does it mean if the pets stats are gray? It's mostly on vendor pets, does that mean they're all like that or do I need to buy another one and hope its got normal stats?

I'm not sure what you mean, could you provide a specific example? Maybe the text color changes to grey when they haven't been revived? That's all I can think of.

Maybe it's caused when PJE or another addon can't determine the exact breed and is guessing?

Is it the stats that Pet Journal Enhanced lists? If so I think it's because these stats are predicted for a low level pet and could be inaccurate once it reaches 25 (not by a big margin but some people want to be sure)

That's from an add-on not the base UI, should ask the add-on developer about it.

I've noticed that occasionally as well. I think, like other folks are saying, it's just because the add-on can't determine pet breed based on the current stats. Gain a few levels, and it should revert to normal.

To get rid of it, just create a LVL 1 toon on any server, that will refresh your pet listing. v/r Brian
