So far noticed: (aside from the fact pet battles work again)

You don't use a trap to catch anymore you throw a net
Will Larsons in Darkshore seems to have left.

Many pets have a little bit of flavor text in the journal, uder where there location is.
Eg for the Qiraji Guardling
"The squeaks used by these tiny insectoids may sound cute, but they're actually screaming for your death."

Anyone know why there are 2 cockroachs listed? (With different moves)

i too noticed that there are many pets with same name in there and noticed it because of either:
1: different colors
2: different locations
3: it buyable from vendor or event
in cockroach thing 1 is wild the other is buyable
also to note: (not sure if other having same prob) adding pets to slots is currently bug. and pet lving is bug now 5/19, it was working a ok yestersday. sometimes when i enter battles the oppent pet turns into a block and when u beat it your screen gets bug, so if it happens retreat or face the power of reloading ui. >.< just realized all the pets i been capturing are not registering.

let me see if i get it right. now i can learn battle pet, but i still need be level 90 for that right?

Apologies if this was a bit confusing, a few patches ago pet battling didn't need level 90, so if you learnt it then, as a couple of my beta toons did, you can use it now. For any new toons, yes you need level 90.

I think i will never test the battle pet, i dont feel like reaching level 90.

You should be fine, they only upped it to Level 90 required to stop too many people using it as they announced they were not ready to test it yet. I suspect when they are ready to do full testing of it they'll drop it back down to where it used to be, level wise.

Might not be too far now, the last patch seemed to have fixed most of the bugs I noticed (apart from the summoning bug (it keeps auto summoning the pet that you have listed as your first pet battle pet))

They put it to level 90 as a stopgap from us being able to train in it. I'm sure when they want us to test it, they'll lower the level requirement back to lvl 5.

If you need any more proof that this was the reason they were doing it, the pet training now says it requires level 91.
