Doopy. a legendary pet in Northern

Just found a legendary pet named Doopy in Northern while looking for the Unborn Val'kry. He is an elite level 25 penguin. He is located at 47.70, 14.55 and when I beat him, I got a brawler guild card. He did not despawn after I beat him.

What zone did you find him in?

He's in icecrown. Took the item to the Brawler's card vendor and she gave me the option to buy a challenge card to fight Doopy and Dippy together, it is a rank 5 fight. Winning it gets you a tuxedo shirt,gold and 50 valor.
