Confirm bug

Take a team with Anub on one side, ele on another. Cast sandstorm. Elemental should ignore all weather effects. Like the 70 Damage reduction. It doesn't, it appears to work the opposite,ele gets the minus 70 damage reduction and Anub ignores the 70. Can someone confirm? Should we bug ticket this?

Sandstorm: Pets takes 70 less damage. Not 'deal 70 less damage'. Which means Elemental ignores it and don't get buffed (but don't suffer accuracy debuff) and Anub gets buffed with damage reduction (and suffer -10% hit). And yes, casting Sandstorm as Elemental is extremely stupid idea, but they are fixing it next patch.
