Jade Tiger

On wowhead there is a post saying the Jade Tiger is returning as an ultra rare spawn on all US and EU servers; any truth to this?
I haven't heard anything about the Jade Tiger being made available in the future. Not even slight hints.
Take this rumor with a grain of salt for now imo. Until it's confirmed or validated, all we can do is speculate.
