Pets owned doesn't reflect pets owned in totals

Running some addons to help with collection, rares etc..

I am shown in game owning 741 unique pets (I don't do doubles) however on the site here it says I have 744.

Is there something I am missing?

In game won't count faction specific and character specific pets. WCP counts all of them for you
