Help for a user who can't log in

I wasn't sure where else to post this. My BF is trying to log back in to his WCP account (that he hasn't used in years but it's connected to his armoury and still shows on the realm rankings) BUT he has forgotten his password and has since changed his email address (so can't do a forgotten password request).

Just wondering what his options are to get back into his account? Thanks.
