Site considering pets that cannot level as level 1?

I've been pulling my hair out trying to figure out why my max level percent as 24.5 but then i noticed a lot of people are like that. It seems that pets that cannot level like the darkmoon animal balloons and wondrous wisdomball are being considered level 1? I checked some people who are at level 25 max level average and their pets that cannot level don't show a level at all next to those pets. Perhaps this is a bug considering them level 1?

Edit: Yeah people with 25 max level show those pets as having no level, while other show them as having level 1. I think this is def a bug.

Same 24.5 situation here, and it's new. In spite of having a couple dozen non-battling pets, I used to show average level of my pet collection as 25.0.

I've submitted this bug to our web developer, Weena. Hopefully it's an easy fix as non-combat companions should be counted as max level by default on WarcraftPets.
