Collection won't upload...help already requested

Already sent a help request couple of days ago but no reply, anyone had this problem and managed to overcome it?

Is there a specific error you're getting when attempting to re-import your collection to WarcraftPets?

I've notified our web developer about the "Character not found" error, and he'll be looking into that one. But please let us know if you're experiencing a different error.

Nope, no error whatsoever...just that says no char found

I'm having the same issue. No Error, just the Alert message. My Armory page loads fine. Any ideas on how to proceed?

Just a wild guess since I ran into the same issue - if your character OR realm you're playing on has a special character (á è or similary) or an apostrophe in (like Blade's Edge), this might cause the problem. If you can, try a character with plain letters on a realm without apostrophes in it. Hope it helps!

Hi Unnefable, please try re-importing again. Our web developer has looked into it and applied a fix to the following realms:

EU Aggra (Português)
EU Chants éternels
EU Pozzo dell'Eternità

Let us know if you're still running into the "Character not found" error.

Thanks for the feedback, unfortunately it still gives me the same error

My character name is pretty plain...Croag....indeed it has the apostrophe since it's from Aggra Português...

Gonna have someone from my guild create an account here and try importing...see if they get same problem..

PS: I even tried adding individual pets...on anubisath I pressed the "got it" and it didnt add to my pet collection

Could you post a link to your armory page? I'm getting Error 500 (page/character doesn't exist) when attempting to view it from your WarcraftPets page.

Try logging into your character, removing a piece of gear (keep it in your bags), and logging out of the game completely. This is to check and see if your armory page is actually updating with the most recent information. Let us know if your armory page reflects that you've taken off a piece of gear or not. I'll pass on the information to our web developer to see if he can figure out what the issue is and possibly a fix.

i took off my necklace and quit the game; my armory page updated within five minutes.

other info: i've tried this (collection update) on both chrome and firefox, with the same results. i have not subjected myself to Edge or IE to test there, but i can if needed.

Update: i decided to stop only half testing things. Same behavior on both Edge and IE11; so probably not a browser thing.

Unnefable - I manually updated your WarcraftPets collection and received no error, so hopefully it's been fixed. Let us know if you run into any further problems.

Nyxus - Our web developer has posted a bug report in the Blizzard API forum regarding the error we're getting. It might take time for Blizzard to respond so I would just play normally and try re-importing periodically. I'll post if there are any updates/changes.

Jupyter, I manually updated your WarcraftPets collection without any issue. The realm needed to be "Pozzo dell'Eternità" and not "Well of Eternity" for it to register correctly. Let us know if you run into any other importing problems, thanks!
