Is there a way to export my filtered wish list (or exclusion list)?

You can print or download (CSV/spreadhseet file) from the Checklist page: https://www.warcraftpets.com/account/checklist/. Select your desired filter at the top, and then Download. If you want your full list, Download All is also an option. Hope this helps!
