importing doesn't work

Hello, i'm playing in korea

i can see my all pets in armory but importing doesn't work

error message is next

Please try importing again, and let us know if you're still running into an error.

my importing is not updating is anyone else having this issue? it started before resets and i tried again just now and it still is not updating although it says it is my progress is not showing what I have in game.
