Exclusions Reappearing With Every Import

Hi! I've noticed that my pet exclusions keep resetting with every import of my collection to the site. . It's a little frustrating because I use this site to keep tabs on gaps in my collection and when the excluded pets keep reemerging it makes for an inaccurate picture. Is there a way to avoid this?

Very strange! I'm not sure why your list would be resetting after each import. I've forwarded this to our web developer to look into. Will post any updates on this thread.

Our web developer is having trouble replicating it, so any additional information would be helpful. Which pets do you have marked as excluded that reset after re-importing? Are you importing from more than one character/account? Please let us know any other details that you think might be helpful!

I'm not sure it is from importing, but I, too, am seeing no exclusions-- see images. Even after I hit Save, it says Exclusions(0) and "Baneling Promotion: StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm Collector's Edition" appears in every uncollected checklist (except tradeable, ofc).

As a developer, I would wonder if the list of pets for each of these exclusion groups in the master tables isn't missing. This would tend to be confirmed by the fact that selecting "All Pets" and explicitly checking Baneling fixes that entry in the checklists.

Still happening. I don't always update before my data is cleared. Could the exclusions be removed when the personal data is cleared? It's not coming from Blizzard, so it should not be subjected to periodic wiping...

Update: Weena, our web dev, has applied a fix so that exclusions shouldn't reset even if an account goes inactive (30 days of not re-importing their collection).
