Error Alert: Your character was not found

I can't update my collection. I"m getting the error below

I follow the step and checked:

My server is Aggramar (share with Fizzcrank) and has not recently been merge with any other servers.

It just stop working after the recent patch.

Please help

Looking at Armory, there's a JAREKUCB shown on the Area 52 realm, a Blood Elf DK. Has 1873 pets which looks awfully close to what this site's Pet Score would indicate for you. Any chance that is part of the mix-up?

When was the last time you logged into your character? Sometimes the armory needs a recent log-in to refresh its data.

Checking your character's armory page it shows 0 unique pets collected, so I'm wondering if this is a bug on Blizzard's end.

I'll pass this to our web developer, however since it is the holiday season I don't know how quickly he'll be able to look into this issue.

To answer to Rank: Jarekucb-Area52 is also my char I have over 200 char but I registered Cebrelas-Aggramar for Warcraft pets site.

Answer for Quin: I log in everyday. You are right, wow armory is showing 0 collect pet for some reason.

I am having this exact same problem for some days now.
I am waiting for Armory to be fixed.

Our web developer investigated and found this to be an issue on Blizzard's end. It seems to be randomly affecting a number of users on various severs.

Unfortunately, since this is something Blizzard needs to resolve, we'll just have to wait and hope it will get fixed soon.

A possible work-around: Use a different character to update your WarcraftPets collection for now. You can always switch back to your preferred character once the armory issue is sorted out.
