This is because there are currently no pets to be found in Tanaan Jungle. It is also a locked zone once you've completed the starter quests, and you can't re-visit until Blizzard has opened it up in a future content patch.
Should they release pets from Tanaan Jungle, we'll definitely add it to the list of zones.
