Menu bar - has this disappeared for anyone else?

The menu bar seems to have disappeared on the main page for me (Home, News, Pets etc.) - I'm on Safari. Is it just me?

It's still there for me but some days it's slow to show up.

Make sure you have your scripts (particularly javascript) enabled in your browser. The menu requires javascript to show properly.
