New WoW armory not recognized?

I just tried to reimport my pets, and updating my collection wasn't working.
The first time I tried it, I got a message saying that my character could not be found, and that the error was on Blizzard's end.
After a few minutes I tried again, and it came back with a different message, saying "ALERT: Unknown Battle net error. We've logged this error and will be looking into it — please check back soon. "
I'm guessing this may have something to do with the new WoW armory that was just launched today.
