Problems Updating Collection

Yesterday I bought 3 pets off the AH. I had 815 unique pets up until the 3 I got yesterday, but when I went to update my collection here it only added 2 not 3 to the total making it 817. It lists the 3 new pets in my journal on this site, but only updated my total collection by 2 not 3. I have no duplicates of any pet.

What were the three pets? Can you see them all as Collected in the list?
I can see two possibilities - that you have made a mistake, or that Blizzard's API isn't crediting you with one of them. Do you use Rematch? How many pets does it say you have? You have two Guild Heralds? two Guild Pages? Those seem to be included in the 817. I didn't even think you could. Are they Horde and Alliance? But I though the Hordewas a Gruntling?

Of the lvl 1 pets, which are new. Foe Reaver I got last week and when I updated this page collection that gave me the total of 815.
Yesterday I bought 3 from the AH - Tiny Shale Spider, Pandarian Water Spirit and Pandarian Fire Spirit. When I went to update the collection on here it went from 815 to 817, which is only registering 2 of the 3 new pets, but all 3 show up in my collection log. The log should reflect 818.
Just now I manually added Rooter, since I got him for the pet achieve, and he is in my pet journal on wow, but it only now made it 818 on here but should have made it 819 unique pets.

Have you collected the [pet]Thundering Serpent Hatchling[/pet], [profile]Waterlilly[/profile]?
If so, the Hatchling was removed from the Bnet Armory as of Patch 8.0. It's likely a bug which results in an incorrect pet total (by one) after re-importing.
Also, the new 8.0 pets (Rooter and Brutus) are [url=https://www.warcraftpets.com/community/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=17640]causing some trouble[/url] for some users attempting to update their WarcraftPets collection. We hope Blizzard will provide a fix on their end for the Amory, but we'll continue to keep an eye on the situation.
