Can’t use import pets

I have tried several times on the update page to reimport pets and I get this message “ALERT: Unknown Battle net error. We've logged this error and will be looking into it — please check back soon.” I have checked my battle net profile and I am there and the pet collection is there. Please advise.

Try logging into the character you're importing your collection from. Open up your Pet Journal, close it, and completely log out of the game. Wait a few moments and then try re-importing to WarcraftPets. This helps your armory refresh.

If you're still unable to update your WarcraftPets collection, try using a different character (if you have one) to import from. Preferably a toon that you've recently logged into and one that is above level 10.

If the error is still popping up after attempting the workarounds noted above, let us know and we'll have our lead web developer look into it.
