Link Rot on Addons Page

Thanks to Jenstar in the Discord for noticing.

contains links to useful addons.

Many of them still point to their old spots on Curse.com instead of their new addresses on Curseforge.com resulting in a redirect to Fandom.com

While there I also suggest adding Gello's latest Battle Pet Battle UI Tweaks
