When I try to reimport my pets, (which I've done hundreds of times before, successfully), it doesn't seem to work. I get the standard success message, but the number of pets doesn't change, nor the pet score, nor the number of pets at max level, in spite of the fact that I've added a new pet and have been spending pet charms like crazy to level pets that I have only one copy of, (so they should be unique).

This problem just started around the February the 8th.

Anyone have any suggestions on what I might do differently as a work-around?

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

The WoW Armory, which is where this site gets its pet data, normally saves the status of your Pet Journal when you log off your Warcraft account. It stopped doing this sometime in the past few days.

Further checking, looks like the Armory not saving much of anything. Normally it keeps track of your character's gearing and other statistics but looking like that's not showing any updates since early Wednesday.

Well... poop.

Thanks for tracking this down. Maybe Blizzard will get around to fixing this, hopefully soon.

I just got 6 new pets & they're not importing. :'( Glad to know it's not just me, but it's frustrating to not be able to update my stats!

I'm having this issue too, but the strange thing is my WoW gear armory is correct, my gear has updated with the newest ones I have gotten? My pet count is not though

The Blizzard API was acting up after one of the latest patches, so the Blizzard Amory might not be working properly still. Hopefully this is something that Blizzard will resolve on their end soon. (I'm double checking with our web developer to make sure it's not an issue on our end though.)

Another quick check of a mage that upgraded several pieces of gear this morning still showing only the older pieces. Also Armory doesn't reflect her current iLvl. Sure seems it's not just the pets that Armory isn't keeping up with.

is there a way for us to go in and update the armory? or is it literally on blizzards end?

It's all on Blizzard's end. The way it *should* work is: players log into the game onto their character, do some stuff, log completely out of the game, and that character's armory profile should update with any changes made during that play session. This doesn't always seem to work though, and it's something that Blizzard would need to resolve on their side.

The February 14 maintenance seems to have fixed this. Blizzard's Valentine to us ?
