Bug: Forum postings "Top" button does not work

Clicking on the Top button (
) in the bottom right corner of any post correctly updates the address bar to include #wrap but does not actually take you to the top of the page.
However if I manually change this (in address bar) to #top instead of #wrap then this does take me to the top of the page!
