Has been released for Android. I was dreading "Garrisons 2.0" and haven't leveled any alts past 101 because of it, but this app allows me to do missions, and see what world quests are up so I can plan my evening. VERY exciting stuff.
You can do research, and start and end missions....and it's just pretty cool.
Now...if only they'd give us one for pet battles.
