Naming Conventions

Post by Leesh42 » July 11th, 2013, 9:18 am

Has anyone else had issues with Blizzard's profanity filter while trying to come up with perfectly innocent pet names?

I totally agree there should be a filter (not that there aren't a lot of clever people out there who circumvent it all the time) but since when does a name containing "mister" or "princess" contain adult language? I find this /terribly/ frustrating.

On another note, I love seeing peoples' pets names, they are often incredibly amusing!

What they allow and don't allow is odd to say the least. I saw a Crawling claw the other day named "Hand Job", great name but compared to some names that are not allowed I can't believe they allowed that one.
