As the title says last night i have been scammed while trying to sell my code for deathy the murlock.
pretty much at this point i am all lost due to the fact i am never going to get back the code and the money we agreed with the player. ( i dont even think blizzard will hurt a hair from his head )
what i should do for this? A ticket is already on queue. i dont have any hopes....

Where was the agreement made? If in game Bliz will log check the person, see they are scamming, and he will get banned/code removed.
If it was outside of game...well, they may not touch him at all. Because they personally have no proof.
It's a huge risk to trade with anyone in situations like your own.

They will most likely remove the code from his account, but considering their stance on code trades for in-game items/currency, you'll probably neither get the code back or the gold that the other party agreed to pay you for it.

do you have any information on who the scammer was? if it was someone from here or wow forums etc. it always sucks when people take advantage of others feel real bad for you

Yes, please tell more information so that no one else will get scammed.
They have gotten more stern, at least on the forums, about trading CEs for in-game currency. Cash would make it trickier too but you can always hope!

Curious - did Blizzard say that selling/trading Blizzcon codes was against TOS? I totally missed that. I know that selling in game the store purchased code was OK - so wouldn't that be the same?
