Cannot import my pets?

Well, for the last week I have tried to import my pets from the wow website. I tried via the import button and the link. Previously, I was able to import them. However, since a server merger I no longer am able to do this. Is anyone else experiencing this? I sent an email for contact us, but I have yet to hear a reply.
