Needing a few suggestions

So what I think I been doing has been backwards and using my idol and 2 lower Lvls and doing pet battles. Yet this seems to take days to lvl them to 25. Curious if I'm missing a much faster way

Levelling without the safari hat and the pet treat boosts is very slow, especially if you have two low level pets sharing the XP. Also, the idol might not be that well suited to levelling. Winning, yes but for speedy wins you want pets suited to the opponents. For bulk levelling I'd suggest you get a couple of moths and or ravens/crows and head off to the west end of the Vale of Eternal Blossoms, where No-No is, and battle the aquatics with two of those flying and one carry pet. Ideally you'll want pet treats to boost your XP so building up a team to do the Pandaria dailies - or some of them - might be a priority.

All the above is simply what I did, not necessarily the best.
