Are they phasing out wands in the wow environment? I've noticed a lack of dungeon and raid drops or quest rewards that hand out a wand.

I hope not. It'll give the mages, priests, and warlocks even less of a choice when it comes to transmog. They already have the smallest amount of options when it comes to transmogging weapons, and that would make it worse.
