Saw one with the device today and looked it up, quite the neat little thing to aquire inside Throne of Thunder. Theres actually a purpose to the watersprouts at the start of Tortos' cave! Took a bit, but i managed to build the 250 stacks needed and was instantly awarded the geyser gun in the mail.
