On decemeber 24th i logged into wow to do some quick dailies before heading off for xmas drinks. I was surprised to see that i had mail from another pet collector on my realm, whom i often chat too. The mail was labelled merry christmas and wrapped up in the ingame fashion. to say my jaw nearly fell off when i saw moppet had sent me a syd the squid for xmas is an understatement. So no more feasal dailies for me unless i feel like it, though if one drops i will give it to my guildie who has worse rng than me, except for that onyxia mount grrr

It took right around a year to get the Eye to drop. I had long since given up and traded for it. I've already traded for Syd because...well I don't want to wait another year before it drops as well.
