To answer some of the previous questions, I feel like this pet is an easy 100k+ now. You won't see many of them on Ebay because they weren't given as physical Blizzcon cards like in past years. The code was sent via Email to people that went to Blizzcon this time, so a lot of people used their code before going to the con.

Also the Virtual Ticket is over so you cannot acquire the pet through that method either. I believe I saw one for sale on Ebay a few weeks ago and I'm unsure if it sold or not. I haven't seen any since then either. I'm not in a super hurry to move this so I'm being picky to see what offers come out.
