Try a Brilliant Kaliri instead... and execute Dor The Wall with a 17500 crit
Highest I saw with fluxfire is 3k on beasts

The only reason you saw a 17K crit was cause you used Predatory Strike when Wall was at or below 25%, and Pred Strike instant kills anything it hits below 25%. So that really dont count cause if you have used that attack any other time it wouldnt have done crap for damage.
Fluxfire still has higher crit value then the Brillant Kal, due to the fact that it can have higher numbers on a pet at full health.

That's very true Edema but it's still funny to see.
You don't have to wait for the 25% threshold to use it though. Predatory Stike will actually do some decent damage first and then see if it's below the threshold and then do tons of damage.
I've downed plenty of pets around 33% to 38% of life as the attack damage will bring it low enough for the "Strike" to do it in.
It's still fun to see a 25k hit.

This week-end, I've seen my Fluxfire Feline heal himself for 4700 hp! lol
I dont remember against what pet I was fighting exactly, I believe it might have been the Tonk of the Darkmoon Tamer, but he did a hit that bugged out and dealt 4500 damage. Fluxfire Feline being mechanical, he came back to life, popping a 4700 hp heal lol.
I've also seen my Flayer Youngling reflect a 4300 damage hit to one of Yon's pet while I was fighting him.
Not sure what's going on

Fluxfire -> Windup -> Supercharge -> Windup 2-3kEdema wrote:The only reason you saw a 17K crit was cause you used Predatory Strike when Wall was at or below 25%, and Pred Strike instant kills anything it hits below 25%. Brilliant Kaliri -> Quills 200+ 200+ 200+ -> Predatory Strike 500 + big number
So the brilliant kaliri smokes aquatic pets faster than the fluxfire with bigger numbers
Fluxfire can kill beasts with 2 too... Windup Windup works on most beasts

Just a note on the order of ability usage for Fluxfire Feline in case anyone wasn't aware: If you use Supercharge before the first Wind-up, you can have two back-to-back Supercharged Wind-ups without a wasted turn in-between.
Supercharge -> Wind-up -> Wind-up -> Wind-up -> Supercharge -> Wind-up
Though, there isn't much that can live through the first Supercharged Wind-up anyway outside of Magical pets.

No matter what the Fluxfire Still does the largest hit with one attack, im not sure why everyone keeps uadding Predatory Strike into this, its a Instant kill attack if you geta mob at or below 25%, the damage it shows dont mean anything.Darky28 wrote:Fluxfire -> Windup -> Supercharge -> Windup 2-3kEdema wrote:The only reason you saw a 17K crit was cause you used Predatory Strike when Wall was at or below 25%, and Pred Strike instant kills anything it hits below 25%. And im not posting on attacks that are strong vs a pet
So the whole Kaliri Vs water dont count cause if thats the case then lets do Flux Vs Beast
Flux wins again.

Yeah seriously lol.
If you guys want to push it, start with your Fluxfire Feline vs a Beast, do your Supercharge + first Wind Up.
Then switch to your Ghostly Skull, sacrifice him for 25% more damage (Unholy Ascension).
Then Switch to Core Hound Pup and cast Howl for 100% more damage taken on the enemy.
Then go back to your Feline and finish your Wind Up, get a crit.
There, rough estimate of 10k+ damage
lol

Re: You love big numbers? Dont use fluxfire feline ;-)
Find a beast ->Use super charge -> Use wind up -> swap to fox or chrominius -> howl -> swap to feline and unload.

What do you mean a Vek'nilash survivor? Are you on the Vek'nilash server as well? I'm there, as horde too (well I have a couple alliance lowbies too)
Hit me up sometime (Bufflin or Zaelo) if you wanna discuss pet or pet battle or something
