Pets available at night, weather etc.

Hi fellow pet collectors!
I have looked for a list of pets that are available only:
1... at night
2... certain weather - eg sandstorm, raining etc
3... seasonal

I have:
Snowy Owl is only available during the winter months.
Qiraji Guardling only appears during the summer months.
Baby Ape only shows up when it is raining on that particular Island (separate weather from the rest of the zone).
Arctic Fox Kit Shows up during snow storms.
Silithid Hatchling Shows up during sand storms.
Restless Shadeling spawns at midnight, server time.
Shadow Sporebat only spawns at night (after 22:00 I believe) around Khadgar's tower in Talador..
Silithid Hatchling - found in Tanaris only during Sandstorms
Stone Armadillo - found only after dark in Desolace
Widow Spiderling - found only after dark in Duskwood

Please point me in the right direction

Adding to the list, there's a ram in Loch Modan who despawns in the evening and a spider in Duskwood only out at night time, while pets like the minfernal and the unborn val'kyr are only obtainable when the stars align.

[pet]Shadow Sporebat[/pet] only spawns at night (after 22:00 I believe) around Khadgar's tower in Talador..

They do not despawn, but are killed/captured by players, so it's rare to see them during the day..

You can view all of the pets that only spawn under specific conditions using our [url=http://www.warcraftpets.com/wow-pets/filter/]Pet Filter[/url].

Drop down menu > Pet Properties category > Has conditional spawn > Include > Apply Filter.

Currently there are 12 pets that fall under this filter.

I don't think the [pet]Shadow Sporebat[/pet] has a conditional spawn. There are comments on the pet's profile stating that they were captured at various times of day.

Edit: Also the [pet]Little Black Ram[/pet] seems to have various spawn times as well. Comments mention spotting them during the night and during the day.

Yeah, from my experience Shadow Sporebat does not have a specific spawn time restriction. Back when I was trying to help some other folks get it I would check regularly throughout the day for them and groups of them would pop up both day and night. But due to the very slow spawn rate it probably makes it seem like it doesn't spawn during day, when more players are around, as they get picked up pretty quickly.

As a reminder for all of us when coming across things like the sandstorm, you can make a custom group in the LFG tool. While I got my Silithid Hatchling some time ago, I happened to be crossing Tanaris just after the sandstorm started. I set up a custom group and got more people joining in than I thought would find the list. I had at least 8 very happy people from several different servers who caught their Hatchling (and two of the lucky ones got rares on the first try), some getting achievements from it, and a number of other people who dropped in and chatted a bit. Apparently some bored people check out the custom groups page to find new things to do -- go figure!

I also notified friends and asked that they put a message in trade, and I know at least one of the happy people heard an announcement from someone who had already gotten theirs. I figure in the collecting of pets, I'm not in a race with anyone but myself and am always happy to help fellow pet collectors.

BTW, sandstorm seemed to last for about 2 hours.

That's a great idea. I'm one of those people who randomly looks for stuff to do on custom group finder. Picked up several rare spawn mounts that way plus toys I didn't know about (i.e. Wayfarer's Bonfire). Never thought of making a pet group that way though!
