The [url=http://www.wowhead.com/npc=85283/runtish-gronnling]Runtish Gronnling[/url] was datamined during WoD Alpha/Beta. It hasn't made an appearance on the 6.2 PTR (yet?), so it's unlikely it will be available next patch.

My speculation, is that they were just placeholder for the pet battle involving mini gronns.
Should probably change the title as its misleading, this is not incomming pets.
