Hey all I use pet tracker and I just loaded WoW for the first time since grinding Graves this weekend in HoTS (just got him right now YAY!) but i opened my pets tab and all of my teams are gone. all 50 + teams I had in there.
Has this happened to anyone else? And if so is there a fix or am I just screwed?
Really bummed right now.
Lost all my teams when wow patched. Help?

Hm. If I remember correctly PetTracker does not have any "team" feature.
Are you sure that you don't mean a different addon like Rematch or PetBattle Teams?
In case of Rematch, its author Gello might be able to help you. He has a support thread here in this forum.
Did you touch your WTF folder? That's where addons usually put their data.
