So what do you guys think will break through as the new OP meta pet in PvP pet battling in Legion?
I can see the infamous Celestial calf easily becoming one of the better tank pets in the game with Wish and Stoneskin, on a level with Magical Crawdad. Also Nightmare Whelpling looking like a full on damage dealer.
Otherwise I can't find anything that stands out. What are your guesses?

Re: What will be the new OP in PvP Pet battling?
I looked at it before, but without breeds and stats it's really hard to say.
I hope they don't introduce more power creep. We had more then enough of that in WoD to last for three expansions.
[pet]Broot[/pet] could be a problem - maybe not in the direct OP sense, but in shifting the game towards a Sunlight/Photosynthesis meta, which would be terribly boring.

Typically potential problem pets are the ones that enable broken combos, like Murkalot with Righteous Inspiration. The game already has a lot of powerful pets in all sorts of categories, so I doubt we'll see a lot of new pets outshine our current set in terms of raw power or stronger movesets. Look for things that can enable broken combos, that's my tip.
