World Quest Pet Battle?

I hit 110 last night and did the rep for world quests, but I'm not seeing any of the pet ones. Is there something that you have to do additionally?

I've currently had none up for going on 12 hours, but this morning I had 4 ready to go. Haven't has a Dalarn battle in over 24 hours. Seems very randomized.
