cant see any pets to tame

so i have done all the zones level 110 have less than 800 pets in the journal but i cannot see any wild pets to battle what can i do?

You cannot see any wild pets at all, in any zone? In Broken Isles, or even outside?

I have read posts from people suggesting they might be phased away from pets while on a pet world quest. Might that apply?

Have you maybe disabled "Track Pets" on the minimap?
