I have created a small addon whose original idea was to help me level every pet I own without having to open the pet interface and switch them manually. Nowadays, I mostly use it to capture blue pets without the hassle of fighting full battles, or of switching pets manually :

I engage a wild pet, if there is no blue, I yield the fight. I engage the next one...
Every 8 minutes I heal all pets, and that's all I do.

How does it work?

You choose when it switches pet automatically (battle end, changing zones, ...)
You choose what level of pets you want (max, min, zone adequate, ...)
You choose some filters (full health, blue, fav, ....)

And that's it.

A suggestion: Many players are wary of downloading and installing addons from sources that are not very well-known, so I recommend uploading your addon to a vetted website such as Curse.com (specifically: https://mods.curse.com/addons/wow).

I felt it was not really a good idea to upload a beta-addon, tested only by myself to curse. I understood it to be a place for production-ready addons. Furthermore, I'll have to check, but I doubt curse has staff to check if addons are viruses in disguise. They'd have to explore the whole code of each addon, which seems unfeasible.
